Introduction
With over 460 million diabetic patients worldwide and increasing numbers in high-risk groups, there is a growing need for continuous care and support for this demographic.
User-centered design:
Through meticulous observation of the blood glucose testing process and the introduction of innovative simulation display scenarios, the threshold for user engagement has been significantly reduced. The focused design ensures users understand the purpose of each operation, while soothing animation curves facilitate a smooth and unhurried test process.
Subtractive design highlights core test results and enhances their visibility through colors.
The interaction system creates a closed loop, guiding users through the entire process and providing necessary feedback for subsequent tasks. Utilizing metaphorical imagery, color schemes, animations, and interactive guidance, the entire process comes full circle.

Team Achievement:
Under my leadership, the team achieved a closed-loop user experience from software to hardware, incorporating elements such as color, animation, guidance, appearance, and packaging. Integration with WeChat further facilitated a multi-user, multi-scenario, cross-application, and platform product closed loop, synchronizing patient testing with relevant information and physician care.
Impact:
Completed in November 2014 and officially launched the following year, our design project birthed Tencent Tenai Doctor (腾爱糖大夫), which has become Tencent's best-selling hardware product to date. The product is still used by users to this day.
